Rockstar and Atlantic Records went nuclear today.

They officially announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album — 34 brand-new original songs made specifically for the game. Six of them are streaming right now.

Here’s the first wave:

  • Travis Scott – “RHYNO” (produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo of Daft Punk)
  • Yung Lean – “That’s It” (feat. Future & Metro Boomin)
  • CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. & Etienne de Crécy – “Sexy Magic”
  • Morgan Wallen – “Last Thing You Need”
  • Rauw Alejandro – “Macacoa 2000”
  • Keith Richards – “Bright Lights, Big City”

Yes, you read that right. One half of Daft Punk produced the new Travis Scott track for GTA 6. The internet is currently short-circuiting in the best way possible.

The full 34-song album drops the same day as the game — November 19 — and they’re already selling CD and vinyl versions, including some ridiculous limited-edition liquid-filled records.

This isn’t just licensed old hits on the radio. These are original songs built for Leonida. The range is wild: trap, Latin, UK electronic, country, and actual Rolling Stones DNA all sitting next to each other.

Rockstar didn’t just clear songs. They commissioned a whole album.
