Third-party rights
Game titles, recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, logos, characters, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Limited official media may be used with attribution for news reporting, commentary, and identification; it is not presented as Cutscene FM property.
Future takedown process
Before publishing real-world editorial content, the site should add a monitored rights-contact address and a process for reviewing good-faith copyright notices and corrections.
Permitted use
